AND Global Pte.Ltd. has successfully completed another round of fundraising in expectation of its Series A fundraising. The company raised a total of 1.5 million USD in convertible bond on January 28th, 2019 from Rhinos Asset Management (“Rhinos”), which will be fully utilized towards the ongoing international expansion and supporting the rapid growth rate.

This is the third round of investment by Rhinos into AND Global Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries – namely, the South Korean investor became a strategic investor of LendMN when the company went public in March 2018 and later invested 7 billion MNT in LendMN’s parent company AND Systems in the first-ever equity linked bonds in Mongolia’s financial history.
